Nothing was amazing, but it was decent for a cheap snack. The large rooms feature Hyatt Grand Beds in spacious residential style suites. Guests have a fully-equipped kitchen, 42” flat-screen HD TV, blackout curtains, coffee maker, mini-fridge and complimentary WiFi. Rooms offer views of the marina, greenways and Gordon River along with furnished balconies. With so many amenities and views, guests will easily be able to kick their feet up and relax. The main thing I want to stress, is to visit in the off season if you can!

This is the main shopping and dining area, so it was very convenient to be within walking distance of. The touristy Tin City and the stylish Bayfront Town Center are an even shorter walk from here. Not only were the guest rooms expansive, but they also have a cute, coastal decor. In fact, I almost felt at home with all the teal and beach pictures! I was surprised to see there was not that big of a price difference, and I think it is worth it for the extra room. The fact that you can cook in the room can save you more than the cost per night. There is also an option for a two bedroom suite for those with four guests, but that is a lot pricier.

Is in a great location, breakfast was very good and we love our room with a good view and roomy. Located in Naples (Old Naples), Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue is steps from Fifth Avenue South and a 3-minute drive from Naples Beach. This hotel is 2.1 mi (3.4 km) from Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens and 6.7 mi (10.8 km) from Vanderbilt Beach.

The King Bedroom suite we got had a large living area and then a separate area for the bedroom and bathroom. It is divided into a living room with a TV and a sectional and a full kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and even cooking pans and utensils. We did not dine here, but we did get some happy hour food at one point by the pool. They have some excellent deals each night from 4 PM – 7 PM. You can get a selection of appetizers from $5 to $7 or all four appetizers for $13. We got this sampler, and the wings and crab fondue were by far the best option.
